Leadership

Guided by experience, driven by purpose, and committed to helping others rebuild and thrive.

Thaddeus Rollins

Founder & Executive Director

Hello, I'm Thaddeus Rollins, Founder & Executive Director of Resilience Support Network.

I proudly served as a Navy Chief for 21 years, dedicating myself to our country. Following my military career, I spent 16 years as a CDC Federal Contracting Officer and 7 years as a Private Security Operations Manager. I also hold Master’s Degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration, and I am a Certified Peer Specialist.

My life and values have been shaped by my rural upbringing, my military career and over 30 years of personal recovery, which inspired the creation of Resilience Support Network. My passion for helping veterans and individuals navigating substance use disorder comes from lived experience, strengthened by education, training, and community involvement.

Through this work, I am committed to providing real support, building strong connections, and helping individuals create stable, purpose-driven lives.

Our vision is clear: to be at the forefront of improving the lives of veterans and the recovery community.

I invite you to be part of this mission—together, we can create lasting change.
